Zara, Uniqlo, and H&M Invest 40M Euros in Infinited Fiber Co: Infinited Fiber Company, a pioneering tech and fashion firm, has concluded a successful two-part financing round, raising 40 million euros. The round saw significant investments from esteemed new investors, including Inditex, TTY Management, Youngone, and Goldwin, alongside existing supporters.

Among the new backers are industry giants like Inditex Group, Zara’s parent company, and TTY Management B.V., led by Tadashi Yanai, the visionary behind Fast Retailing. Joining them are outdoor apparel leader Youngone (YOH CVC Fund 1 Limited Partnership) and Japanese premium sportswear manufacturer Goldwin (GOLDWIN Play Earth Fund Investment Limited Partnership), contributing to the recent second closing with a hefty 27 million euros.

The initial phase of the financing round concluded in the summer of 2023 and witnessed robust support from existing investors, including apparel powerhouses like H&M Group, Adidas, BESTSELLER, and Zalando. Investment firm VTT Ventures also participated, along with Security Trading and Nidoco AB, who showed unwavering commitment by contributing to both rounds of the financing, thus providing a solid foundation for Infinited Fiber Company’s growth.

Following the completion of the financing round, Infinited Fiber Company sees Inditex, TTY Management, and H&M Group emerging as the principal shareholders.
