Auro Textiles, a unit of Vardhman textiles- one of India’s biggest textile producers, recently set up 28 new Ultimax rapier weaving machines from Picanol. These machines are part of the first batch of Ultimax weaving machines made after their debut at the ITMA 2023 fair. This week, a special ceremony was held at Auro Textiles in Baddi, India, to celebrate this milestone in their partnership.
The installation of these Ultimax machines highlights the strong relationship between Picanol and Auro Textiles, which has lasted for 27 years. Both companies are committed to innovation, quality, and sustainability in the textile industry. Mr Kasiviswanathan Palanisamy, Director of Picanol India, expressed his pride in supporting Auro Textiles’ growth and thanked them for their trust and loyalty.
Ms. Sagrika Jain, Executive Director of Auro Textiles, shared that they first saw the Ultimax machine while visiting Picanol’s headquarters in Belgium last year. They were impressed by its features and believe that these new machines will boost productivity, efficiency, and profitability while meeting the diverse needs of their customers.
